Our Tokyo base
A real team on the ground in Tokyo
The Japan-side work is performed by Eitai Co., Ltd. （盈泰株式会社）, our Tokyo affiliate under common ownership — a real Japanese company with its own office building in Taito-ku, Tokyo, near Asakusa. Not a freelance buyer, not a marketplace agent: our own Japanese staff, in our own building, working on your order.
Negotiation in Japanese
Many small Japanese makers never reply to English email — but they take calls from a Tokyo company. Our staff negotiate and follow up in Japanese, and can visit makers in person when an order matters.
QC in our own building
Your goods are delivered to our Tokyo office, opened and inspected by our own staff — counts, condition, packing — with a photo and video report to you before anything ships. If something fails inspection, we tell you and pause.
Consolidation under one roof
Orders from several suppliers are combined in Tokyo into one consolidated shipment and handed to your forwarder. You settle everything with one USD invoice from Trendworth LLC, a US company.
